I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

How long does it take me to get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I know my size?

On our product page, you will find a size guide in inch and cm. You can ask a friend to take your sizes if you are not sure of it and compare it with our guide or check the size of the best-fitted suit you have and compare it with our guide.

I want to know if you carry specific color/size?

How do I use my gift certificate/coupon code/store credit code?

On the last step of your purchase, we will ask you to enter the gift/coupon/store credit code to redeem it. If you face any issues, please let us know and we will sort it out for you.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I order it?

You just send us the product name or its code and we will do the rest (the code is available on the product page under the product information tab; it looks like this (Product code: 06CRXXXY).

What are your trading hours?

We work every day from 9am to 8pm except Friday.
